1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from this website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, purchasers, partners, affiliates, and reviewers.

2. Digital Product & Bonuses

MSMM Consulting Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”) sells a digital educational product titled The New Immigrant’s Blueprint, along with associated digital bonuses (“Product”).

The Product is delivered digitally only. No physical goods are shipped.

Bonuses may include PDFs, worksheets, templates, guides, audio, video, or access to third-party tools or platforms.

The Company may update, modify, or replace bonuses at any time.

3. Delivery of Digital Products

Upon purchase, customers will gain access to the Product in one or more of the following ways:

• A. Instant access inside the Systeme.io portal

• B. Email delivery to the address provided at checkout

• C. Access to bonuses through an external sign-up link

• D. Time-delayed access to selected bonuses (e.g., 48–72 hours after purchase)

The Company is not responsible for:

• incorrect email addresses

• emails landing in spam/junk

• customer failure to access the portal

• technical issues outside our control

4. Refund Policy (48 Hours for Main Product Only)

We offer a 48-hour, no-questions-asked refund for the main product titled The New Immigrant’s Blueprint (“Main Product”).

To receive a refund, the customer must:

1. Email support@michaelehiginwa.com within 48 hours of purchase, and

2. Request a refund for the Main Product.

If the request is received within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued for the Main Product only.
After 48 hours, all sales are final.

Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy. Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers may not be refundable.

Non-Refundable Upsells, Order Bumps & One-Time Offers

Any optional add-on purchases made after the initial checkout including upsells, order bumps, enhancements, or one-time offers (“OTOs”) are strictly non-refundable.

These purchases fall outside the 48-hour guarantee and remain final even if the Main Product is refunded.

Refund Consequences

Once a refund is issued:

• The customer's access to the Main Product and included bonuses will be revoked

• The customer agrees to stop using, saving, copying, downloading, or distributing the materials

There are no exceptions after the 48-hour window.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

The Product and all related materials are the copyrighted property of the Author, licensed to MSMM Consulting Inc. for distribution.

Customers are NOT permitted to:

• share, forward, or distribute the Product to others

• publish, upload, or post the materials online

• resell, copy, or reproduce any part of the Product

• provide the Product to students, groups, or organizations

• use the Product for teaching, coaching, or training

• claim the Product as their own

• reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works

Unauthorized use or redistribution may result in legal action.

6. Personal License Only

Your purchase grants one (1) non-transferable, personal-use license.

You may access the Product for your own personal educational use only.

You may NOT provide access to:

• friends

• family

• coworkers

• clients

• students

• organizations

• NGOs

• employers

If an organization wishes to use the Product, they must contact the Company for a separate licensing agreement.

7. Early Access Reviewers (NGOs, Influencers, Partners)

If you were granted early access to the Product for review purposes:

• Your access is temporary and may be revoked at any time

• You may not distribute or share the Product

• You may not use the Product for teaching or program delivery

• Separate written approval is required for testimonials or endorsements

• Usage rights are NOT granted outside of review access

Full usage requires a separate Teaching License or Affiliate Agreement.

8. Affiliate Disclaimer

Some individuals may promote or recommend the Product as part of an affiliate program.

Affiliate participation and commission payments are governed solely by a separate Affiliate Terms & Conditions Agreement.

Nothing in these Terms grants any right to earn commissions or join the affiliate program.

Affiliates must follow all applicable laws and marketing rules, including truthful advertising.

9. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure Product descriptions and Site content are accurate but do not guarantee completeness or error-free content.

The Product is provided “as is” for educational purposes.
Individual results vary.

10. Payment & Billing

By completing checkout, you agree to:

• provide accurate billing information

• authorize MSMM Consulting Inc. to charge your payment method

• take responsibility for any failed charges or disputes

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.

11. Prohibited Conduct

Customers may not:

• use the Product for illegal or unauthorized purposes

• share access credentials

• upload the Product to any platform

• attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Site

• violate copyright or intellectual property laws

• use the Product to provide competing services

We may terminate access for violations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law:

• The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• The Company does not guarantee outcomes, results, or employment success

• Your use of the Product is at your sole risk

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MSMM Consulting Inc., its directors, contractors, affiliates, reviewers, sales persons and partners from claims arising out of:

• misuse of the Product

• violation of these Terms

• infringement of intellectual property rights

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada as applicable therein.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changed Terms.

The latest version will always be posted on this page.
